Where to Shop | The Attic

If you live in Memphis, you know that “Memphis is Midtown” has become more than just a slogan. Cooper-Young + Overton Square are THRIVING; over the last 6-8 months, both areas have welcomed new businesses: if you’re a foodie or love to shop, you pretty much head here when your schedule permits.
Last September, Alexandra Rushing opened her 2nd boutique The Attic, smack dab in middle of all of the action. Located next door to Bar Louie, The Attic is a men’s + women’s boutique that caters to the contemporary shopper; it also has the distinct honor of being Overton Square’s first clothing + accessories concept.

In addition to carrying national brands, The Attic also shows a little “local love” to a few homegrown brands (Library of Flowers, Yosi Samra, Lucky Feather, Coobie and Chilly Jilly, and 7 for All Mankind to name a few). “New York chic without New York prices” is the concept, and I’m totally here for it.

The Attic will be open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p.m.-5 p.m. on Sundays.
