Charm Boutique is a cute consignment shop located in the Cooper-Young District in Midtown Memphis. Owned by Elayne Perry, Charm opened in 2010, and they specialize in name brand women’s dresses, suiting, blouses, blazers, and casual wear, in addition to a few indie labels. They also have a great range of handbags, jewelry, and other accessories. While the store does carry mostly straight sizes, she is expanding her Plus Size section. I swung by one day to speak with Elayne who had such a light, bubbly disposition, and I snapped a few pics for the blog. You can see more pics here.
