Always on the hunt for a great liquid liner, I picked up Milani’s Eye Tech Extreme Eye Liner ($7.49) a few weeks ago after a recommendation from a friend and absolutely love it! Because it has an extremely fine felt tip applicator, you can use it to create a really thin line along your upper lash line (so that it looks like your lashes are just full) or you can build it up for a more dramatic look (it all depends on how you hold it). It’s waterproof and doesn’t smudge, so it won’t start to run after a few hours of wear. I’ve worn it to both work and out dancing and it didn’t budge.
