Now that the weather is finally starting to cooperate with the season (seriously Spring? did you decide to take a last minute sabbatical??), all I can think about are prints, prints, prints. This summer the trend du jour is global (pretty much a combo of tribal and graphic but you know how we like to change our labels) and I’m up for the challenge. If you’re a little weary about prints, don’t be. As long as your statement piece is grounded with a neutral, you can pull the look off with the best of them. If you want more of a tomboy vibe, a cool pair of Converse or Dunks and a sweatshirt would work too. It’s one of those pieces that any style can wear-it’s all in how you accessorize it! I don’t know what it is about warmer weather but all I want to do is wear bright colors and try my hand at mixing and matching prints (Solange Knowles and Carrie Bradshaw are my reference points).
