When the weather begins to change, I start my search for a new facial moisturizer to try. I want to make sure my skin is hydrated, but the heavier creams of Winter would be waaaay too much on a warm Spring day. I decided to try L’Oréal Paris Ideal Moisture™ Day Lotion with SPF 25, which combines 48HR moisture with Broad Spectrum UVA/UVB SPF 25 Protection.
It’s lightweight and contains Vitamin E, so I figured it would be good to test. And at only $6.99, I knew I wouldn’t regret buying it if it didn’t work.
I have to say, this was a great budget buy. The formula is lightweight (a little goes a long way), and because it has SPF, I don’t have to worry about another layer. Another bonus with the SPF is that it doesn’t give you that weird gray cast that some sunscreens cause, so my makeup looks fine over it.
It comes in formulas for: normal, dry, and sensitive skin, and an even tone lotion for both day and night. I picked up the one for normal skin, but I want to try the even tone formula as well.
Have you tried this day lotion before?
