Last month I picked up Milani’s Baked Blush in Luminoso ($7.99) after a recommendation from Courtney of Those Graces and absolutely fell in love with it. A golden-peachy color, it warms the skin up without being too bright.
Because it’s a pigment blended with shimmer, the soft, finely-milled powder makes skin look radiant. I’ve tried other peach blushes before and either the color didn’t show up well on my skin, it had too much pink in it, or it didn’t set well and looked flat. This did the opposite. I was a little apprehensive when Courtney recommended it because we’re clearly tonal shades apart but this hue has been in my makeup bag since day 1.
It come in 8 shades total, but this is definitely the one to try if you want a sweet flush like me. For whatever reason it’s not listed on Milani’s site, but you can purchase it online via other sources, or pick it up at Target, CVS, and other drugstores.
TIP:
For an everyday flush, apply with a fluffy to cheeks, sweeping slight up into the hairline. For a more sculpted look, apply bronzer, then sweep Iluminos onto the apples of your cheek.
