Leather is one of those pieces that will always be on trend: it’s been around for so long that it’s a Classic (nothing says you’re a Rockstar quite like a pair with heels), but because it’s a look that’s in high demand right now, it’s considered trendy. For Fall 2013, I’m leaning towards a faux finish, simply because there are so many different styles out right now. Unless you’re going to invest in a classic skinny or straightleg pair (and it truly fits your lifestyle), find a fast-fashion pair in a legging or pant that’s a little more budget-friendly.
