Recently I was able to try out Lancome’s Artliner 24 HR, their new ultra pigmented liquid eyeliner with a vinyl finish.
Liquid liner is the easiest liner to use when creating a cat-eye, but if the brush isn’t right, it can be the messiest. The Artliner brush is thin so that you have more control, and the formula dries fairly quickly. I received it in Emerald, which has a very slight sparkle to it. Sometimes black liner can be too harsh on my skin (especially for day), so it worked well when I paired with a pinky nude lip + bronzy cheeks.
I took this photo around noon. It did NOT budge all day. Around 11 p.m. I made it back home and typically I can just wash my eye makeup off with cleanser but I had to use makeup remover to get it off. I have oily eyelids so that is a HUGE plus for me. I usually only wear mascara bc of this (hate, hate, hate raccoon eyes), so I was happy to use something that actually lasted like it said it would.
While it is a little pricy (it retails for $30.50) it lasts a VERY long time so it’s a decent investment. I’d definitely pick it up in other colors (it comes in 10 shades).
Have you tried Artliner 24H?
