The weather in Memphis has been terrible the last few weeks (if it sleets ONE MORE TIME), so we all have gotten a few unexpected snow days. In addition to getting a bit more rest, I’ve had more time to cook a yummy breakfast, so here are a few recipes I’m excited to try (outside of my easy omelet + toast go-to).
