[…] Celebrating their soft opening (there will be an official grand opening in a few weeks), I was kinda blown away from the transformation that had taken place since I last popped in during April’s Art Walk (I mentioned it here). […]
Last Friday was Broad Avenue’s Annual Spring Artwalk, and while the rain kept me from walking around all night (my hair was like um, no) I stopped by a popup shop at Falling Into Place (coming this Summer) to see art work by Maggie Russell, Hillary Butler, and E.B. Winterburn, and a twist on floral bouquets (made from felt so they last forever) from Ellywise Studios.
The space was packed (always a good sign!) so I wasn’t able to get a ton of pics, but I still wanted to share some of the coolness that I always see in my city.
I’m so excited for Spring. Our city is rich in music, food, and culture, and fun little events are always popping up, so there’s always something to do here. Hopefully, it won’t rain on those days, lol.
Stay tuned because I stumbled upon a new decor shop that was holding its grand opening that night as well. I’ll be sharing those photos next week!
