Style Junkie "Pretty Much" SS15 Lookbook | KP FUSION
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I recently worked on a few ad campaigns for the relaunch of Style Junkie, my friend Andrea’s online accessories boutique. Here’s a peak at “Pretty Much“, the first lookbook release from the collection: To shop the collection, click here. Our model Margaret is such a sweetheart to work with and had the look that Andrea was going for when she was planning out the session, so the shoot was a breeze. Although the boutique is only online for now, there are plans for a few offline events in the near future, so Andrea will be able to use these images multiple ways. It’s been both fun and a learning experience working with a small business to help develop the visuals for their brand. While you may not have a huge production budget for frequently updated marketing or production images like larger brands, it’s still important to be creative and invest in it periodically so that you can have cohesiveness across the board. The images that you create can be used not only for styling purposes on your site, but also for social media promo, newsletters, printed + digital marketing materials and more. You will always need basic product shots, but think about having a creative styling/lookbook session for your products/services as well. If you develop a social media/content marketing strategy for your brand, that will help you with creating a moodboard for your campaign shoots so that you can get the most bang for your buck.
