I’m sooo excited to announce the next installment of my Basics of Blogging Workshop! This session will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2015 from 2pm-5pm downtown at Stock & Belle, + in addition to covering the basics to help you FINALLY launch your blog, their gorgeous, bright storefront will allow for us to have a breakout session for blog + social media photography! During the workshop, I will be sharing tips and tricks on figuring out your niche, simple SEO, creating an editorial calendar, and establishing your own blogging schedule. After 5+ years as a blogger, I’ve pretty much read it ALL, so I can help you get down to business and get your blog up and running. We will also cover must-know “secrets” about photography, so that no matter if you’re shooting with a DSLR or your iphone, you can create pretty pictures to share with your readers and support your content. Lifestyle props will be available for use, but each attendee can bring up to 5 small products/props as well. Space is limited (only 20 slots!), as this will be a very hands-on workshop, allowing for Q&A with attendees. Cost is $35. Light refreshments will be served.
