It’s funny the trends we find ourselves (unexpectedly) drawn to when going down the inspiration rabbithole. Lately I’ve been loving the look of hardwood floors with a mix of greenery and/or contemporary furnishings and playful accents. Clean, Scandinavian-esque living spaces that are bright and welcoming, with little curated vignettes throughout the room. I think I like rooms with hardwood floors so much is because you can pull together so many different styles, colors, and textures, but the clean floor, even when topped with a patterned rug, keeps everything grounded.
