While I could possibly go an extended period of time without eating red meat, I doubt I could do the same with fish. I love fish, particular salmon. Not only does it have amazing health benefits (high in Vitamins A, B6 and E, Omega 3 fatty acids, + a high quality source of protein), it just tastes so damn good, lol. When I cook it, I typically bake it with spicy seasonings, sliced lemon and a little bit of honey, but I’m ready to branch out a bit.
