Wednesday night I stopped by Levy Dermatology, P.C.‘s Open House event and boy was it PACKED! Current and new clients stopped by to learn more about the services + products that the facility offers, while nibbling on bites from Simply Delicious Caterings. Part of the Inferno, LLC PR team, who oversaw the event. I met Isabelle (all black, burgundy boots), via Eclectic Eye, one of their other clients, and she is the sweetest! All of their skincare products were 15% off for the night, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Dress for Success, and they also offered complimentary services like brow/lip waxes, BBL treatment, and Infinity sun spay tan. They also held a raffle for a few product + treatment giveaways, so if you played your cards right, you could win something! I needed to pick up some of the face wash that I sampled when I received my microdermabrasion + peel (it’s by EltaMD®; I liked how refreshed my skin felt when I used it so I needed the full-sized bottle), and I also wanted to follow up with Marcy so that she could see how my skin took to everything (I wrote about it here). I was not expected it to be as busy as it was but they had a fantastic turnout. I spotted some of my BR customers (and a few pieces of clothing, lol), and I loved being able to show real live results to people to who were contemplating trying something out. Melissa and her friend. I recently connected with Melissa when she shopped with me at BR, so it was cool to see her out and about. She has great personal style (that navy dress was all types of yes!) Never met a cookie I didn’t like… Ms. Catie in head-to-toe Banana! The rep from Neocutis applied these creams to the back of my hand and oh my gosh! Out of my price range, but I was amazed at how healthy my skin looked from that one application (they’re all anti-aging). Marcy demonstrating the difference between the tinted + physical sunscreen by Elta MD. We both use the tinted version, which makes skin extra glowy, but the physical is better for some people-you get the exact sunscreen coverage but it’s a transparent, slightly matte finish.
