I long ago accepted that I’m a creature of habit when it comes to cooking at home. I will try any restaurant under the sun (and recipes too), but I pretty much stick to my regulars unless I have time to really go through one of my cookbooks (or Pinterest) for something new. That needs to change!
Now, I’m collecting recipes to try to give myself a little more variety. One of my intentions this year was to slow down and cook more at home, so here are 5 recipes that I want to try this week.
