I’ve got to get myself back on (a healthier) track. For the longest I was waking up early enough to exercise and prepare my breakfast + lunch before work, but a few weeks ago I fell off the wagon. I need to cut back on my spending (it feels like all of my extra money goes to makeup + food, lol), so it’s back to doing meal prep. I haven’t eaten too horribly, but I definitely could have made healthier choices on more than one occasion. To keep from being bored and/or grabbing whatever to eat because I’m starving (and not prepared), I’m pushing myself back into the kitchen to cook.
I have my go-to recipes that I always make, but I need some newness, so I’ve rounded up 7 healthier recipes to try right now. They seem relatively easy (I’m all about that life) so I won’t feel tied to my stove. I love anything with a ton of veggies (and I found a waffle recipe!), so these are perfect.
