I’m not quite ready to host Thanksgiving at my home, but in the meantime, I’ve been taking notes on decor and festive yet chic tablescapes. My preferred aesthetic for this type of tablescape would fall somewhere in between minimalist and rustic. I love the woodsy elements that you can bring to the table (literally), but I also love seeing tablescapes done with minimal color and patterns (black + white striped or checkered linens with a touch of gold is a favorite of mine). Finding a way to combine the 2 in a way that made sense would be my goal.
Per usual I fell down a Pinterest rabbit-hole and found these simple yet pretty Thanksgiving tablescape ideas that anyone could recreate. Many were created for rustic weddings, but can easily be adapted to your home with a little scaling and decor substitution.

Oh my gosh that navy tablescape is stunning! I love how the flatware and plates get to really shine with the dark backdrop!
