Floral bombers are one of those “trendy” pieces that I feel will never go out of style. You have quite a bit of versatility with the way that they can be styled, and they’re just plain fun.
This floral satin bomber by Rachel Roy was the perfect piece to wear to Fashion Night Out last week during the Memphis Fashion Week festivities. The bright, floral tone was perfect for a Spring night out on the town.
I initially planned to wear it with some white flare trousers + an orange pleated shell, but the weather switched up out the blue (75 degrees!), so I decided to do denim skinnies and nude Dolce Vita Lennox booties instead. And that’s the cool thing about the bomber-because of the material, I can easily dress it up, so keep that in mind any time you find yourself contemplating getting one (I will always tell you to get one, lol). I had a camera and a few lens with me that night so I didn’t bother to switch out my bag that night, but there are so many pretty colors in the jacket that I had options if I wanted to.
I’m thinking about pairing it with a pleated skirt and booties and possibly a graphic tee down the line.
Tee says
This is a really cute bomber! I love how you accessorized with the statement necklace and hoops too. I can definitely see a pleated skirt with this. In fact, I can see this with a few different looks.
