Happy Monday friends! I’m still trying to wrap my mind around the fact that it’s already June and Spring completely skipped over us in Memphis, but I’m excited for outdoor adventures, a few quick road trips, and (stylish) meetups with friends.
It’s patio season for sure, but sometimes it’s just way too hot and humid to be outside here (and still look cute, lol). Luckily, there are a few bars around the city to hang out at where you can cool off at with a refreshing cocktail or 2. A fave? Guesthouse at Graceland.
Their Lobby Lounge offers local craft beers, wines, and specialty cocktails (the bartender Charles whipped up one for me. I told him I wanted a drink that was pretty and fruity and voila!) and the atmosphere isn’t too shabby either.
Me and my friend Michael popped in one Saturday for drinks, and I’m so glad I finally got to wear this floral maxi dress I received c/o Dressbarn. They’re so affordable (this dress is only $49!) and the quality is even better. I paired it with lace up sandals and new earrings I picked up from IV by David, but I can dress it down with a denim jacket and flipflops if I wanted to as well.
Dresses are my go-to for Summer, and while we joke that florals patterns aren’t that original (thanks to Miranda Priestly), they are probably the most versatile, especially for the season.I love the blue and pink combo in this one: it’s girly but still modern so it has a bit of flirtiness to it.

I love that dress you’re wearing! I love wearing anything floral print during the summer time. And that place sounds fabulous, and I love that drink!
