Me and floral print dresses are besties at this point, so I always try to find different iterations of the style to keep my wardrobe from being redundant. Maxi dresses are my favorite because you can wear them for so many different occasions, and when I saw this floral print number I knew I had to have it.
The large scale floral print is SO different for me, which is precisely why I liked it. The color combo is very much on trend right now, and the length is perfect for my short frame. Fall is still trying to decide if it wants to stay or not in Memphis, so I was able to pair it with simple black flat sandals and a bag for a day of running errands. I felt cute and comfy the entire day, and I knew that if an event popped up or I received an invite to dinner, a simple shoe switch out would be easy.
Once it gets a little cooler I could layer it under a moto jacket and wear with a chunky boot, but I also need to see it all together to make sure it really flows together.
My only wish is that it had pockets, but alas, we can’t always get what we want.
