A Case for Stud Earrings

No matter what I wear, and especially if I’m in a hurry, I have a trusty pair of gold hoops that I grab as I dash out the door. As much as I wear them, however, I can’t seem to stop buying stud earrings. Not your typical small pearls or diamonds, but more elaborate finds that make your ears sparkle, while simultaneously giving you a cool mod girl vibe.

I only break them out on occasion (my makeup can sometimes play a part in this) but moving forward I plan to get a little more use out of them if for no other reason than the fact that they make me feel extremely feminine when I do put them on. My jewelry box is full (#fashionstylistproblems) but I think there’s a little room for these BP. Crystal Flower Stud Earrings (both colors!) from Nordstrom ($12).

Pairing with a dress is easy peasy, but just like with a statement necklace, I think fancy earrings look great with denim and a sweatshirt or white tee. Girly but not overdone.
