Stylish Fun at #Indulge Memphis (Photos)
This past Saturday I hosted Indulge, Fashion + Fun at Wolfchase Galleria. An annual event that they have to celebrate Mother’s Day, it was a fun afternoon of music, fashion, and shopping!

Midi skirts are oh so lady-like to me. Sometimes referred to as tea-length, the popular fit can go dowdy if it’s not styled right (stay AWAY from flats!), but when styled correctly, you can easily become a street style star.
During MFW’s Saddle Creek Event, I saw a few models from Ann Taylor wearing some of my favorite patterns ever in cute silhouettes: a midi gingham dress, and a bright pineapple patterned skirt w/a striped top.
The festival atmosphere was certainly in place as Hannah Bronfman kept everyone grooving to her eclectic playlist recently during the Who What Wear x Bloomingdale’s Get Set For Festival Season event at their 59th Street location.
It had been over 15 months since my last shoot with DJ Coolly, but with gigs at SXSW + Memphis Fashion Week on the immediate horizon, she wanted to get some pictures done and booked a portrait session last month.
Beautiful women came together to laugh, to cry, to learn, + to empower each other a few weeks ago at The Tea Soirée.
I usually stay behind the scenes when I take pictures at events because I’m focused on getting the right shot, but when I attended the MFW EMDP Runway show last week I was feeling a little saucy and had someone take my picture before the night was over.
I shot with Stock + Belle a few weeks ago and one of my favorite looks from the shoot included these vertical striped pants from ASTR the Label.
Last night was the kickoff party for Memphis Fashion Week at Chickasaw Oaks Village. Although it was a shopping party benefiting the Memphis Fashion Fund + EMDP, the layout of the mall allowed it to be a pretty intimate setting, so you could chat with everyone while still getting your shop on.
I’m a long-time fan of retro-inspired fashion, so whenever I see Vera around town, I’m always enamored with her outfits-she’s just adorable. As a founding member of the Side Street Steppers and manager at downtown Memphis boutique Red Velvet Vintage, Vera’s totally about that vintage life, and her every day city style is truly reflective of it.
