I am a night owl by nature. If I didn't have to be a functioning adult during the daytime, I'd stay up until 3am easily every night. That's not the way any of this works, though, so after trial and error, I've finally figured out what I need to do in order to get a great night's sleep.

I've enjoyed a home-cooked dinner with Justin + Amy (The Chubby Vegetarian) and absolutely loved the meal, so I was thrilled to learn that they were releasing a 3rd cookbook this Spring, this time focused on Low-Carb Recipes!
