So we got the word that Memphis is going to start back “opening up” officially next week, and while I’m still going to eeeease into going back to my pre-covid 19 schedule, I am looking forward to life eventually going back to normal (whatever that may be) again.
I don’t know when life will go back to normal, but I wanted to just share a few things that I’ve been doing to help myself stay sane while social distancing. Covid-19 has forced us to slow our lives down but tbh, I don’t think that’s 100% a bad thing.
I’m not a vegetarian but I am a self-proclaimed foodie, so I love trying different types of food. I’ve enjoyed a home-cooked dinner with Justin + Amy (The Chubby Vegetarian) and absolutely loved the meal, so I was thrilled to learn that they were releasing a 3rd cookbook this Spring, this time focused on Low-Carb Recipes!
I’ve written about my morning routine before and the things that I typically do to kickstart my day, but on the days that I can take a little extra time with getting ready, I like to do a few extra things to make the most of my mornings.
Being intentional with how you spend your time and plan out your day is much more productive than being all over the place while still trying to strike off 50/11 tasks on your to-do lists, so here are a few ways that you can slow down but still get things done.
