All Day Natural will be hosting “A Winter Retreat” this Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 12 pm – 5 pm at the Broad Avenue Ballroom (2535 Broad Avenue).
The event will offer a vendor marketplace with handmade jewelry, bath, body and hair care products, vintage and other unique clothing, as well as presentations on mind and body wellness, winter hair care and protective styles.
Vendors include Dare Threads Vintage, Perfect Piece Jewelry, Mi-Me Handmade Bath and Body Products, Very Prissy, Bubble Bistro, Foods for Your Skin, A Perfect Piece Jewelry, Etniq Minerals, Nakia Amour Hair Products, Urban Chocolate and OC Vegan Foods.
Presentations include “Heal Yourself: Natural Remedies and Prevention for Cold & Allergy Relief” by Bastet Ankh Re, co-founder of Natural House of Wellness; “Protect Your Mane: Tips & Techniques for Winter Hair Care” by Takeisha Berry-Brooks, owner of A Natural Affair Beauty Lounge and “Shop Your Closet: Update Your Style on a Budget” by Kim Brown, stylist and owner of Urban Chocolate Boutique.
There will be refreshments, giveaways, and more.
Admission is $6 in advance, $8 at the store.
