Friday Faves | Black Moto Boots

Liu Wen Moto Boots

A cold front moved through the city last night, which means Fall might seriously be arriving this weekend. TO STAY. We’ll be having 60s/70s days + 40s/50s nights, so it’s time to break out the boots! A style that’s on my radar (always admired, never attempted) are black moto boots.

They’re a little tough, but when paired with say, slim black denim, a slouchy sweater + a matte red lip, moto boots can totally be transformed into street but sweet. Over the next few weeks I plan to get out to do way more photography work (had a great session the other day), and bc I’m natural light only and enjoy being in the elements, I need boots that I can kick around in while still being cute. I also want an ankle-length style w/a very slight heel. Sometimes over-the-knee is just too much to deal with, and a small heel can give more support when walking around on gravel roads.
