We cherish the support of regular friends + family for sure, but there's something to be said about having friends who are on a journey that's similar to your own.
Memphis Fashion Week festivities have begun! Last night I attended their Media Night event over at the Lab. It was an opportunity for style bloggers + other media outlets to mingle, meet the MFDN board, and to get a peek at some of the EMDP designs that will be shown during Saturday's shows.
I think I've made it pretty clear how excited I am for Spring, BUT, I am sad that some of my favorite Fall pieces will have to be retired because of it. Like this leather bomber jacket.
Last night I attended a VIB (Very Important Blogger) meetup hosted by Carriage Crossing. About 13 bloggers came together to mingle, have cocktails, and take a tour of a few retailers at the outdoor shopping center.
I've been attending Memphis Fashion Week since 2013, so it's one of the highlights of my year. This year is a little different, though: I SHOT THE 2017 CAMPAIGN!!

March 23, 2017Last night I was one of the speakers for Memphis Fashion Design Network's Social Media panel.
All hail warm weather! I'm so happy that it's finally starting to warm up here! Memphis weather is notorious for it's extremes, but we do have some pleasant moments (for a few days at least).
