Romantic Charm // Botanical Print Dress

I’ve always loved floral print dresses, but the cut + shape of the dress is what always seals the deal for me. I knew that I wanted to wear a dress for my workshop last weekend, and this Michael Kors Botanical-Print Crepe Dress was the perfect piece for the atmosphere and aesthetic of the location.

Even though I’m short I still love midi dresses, and while I paired this one with Kenneth Cole Reaction Wedge Sandals because they’d be comfortable to stand in, I actually cannot wait for it to get cooler so that I can pair it with a black leather or patent leather pointed toe bootie  (for a little more height) and a leather moto jacket. The print and crepe material make it a little girly + romantic, but I can easily add a little edge to it with those accessories.

The product shot shows it styled with a thin black leather belt (which I somehow don’t have!), so I’m going to pick up one of those as well. Overall it’s pretty lightweight and comfy, and one that I’m sure to get a lot of wear of this season and into early Fall.
