Last Friday was a night filled with art, culture, and fashion. I attended the preview of the new African-Print Fashion Now! A Story of Taste, Globalization, and Style Exhibit at The Brooks Museum.

One day I said eff it, had them cut and now….it’s so hard for me to go back to my skinnies, lol.
it wasn’t until I reached high-school that I started really experimenting with what I wore, stepping out of the tomboy zone, and feeling more empowered through my personal style.
