The Easiest Summer Outfit

When warm temps roll around, my wardrobe does an overhaul and for the most part, all of my pants and jeans are packed up for the season. Cute little dresses will ALWAYS be my go-to during the Summer because it just makes getting dressed sooooo much easier.

My favorite type of easy Summer outfit is a floral dress, flat sandals and a hat. It’s a very simple look, but it looks chic, and depending on where you are going, just switch out your shoes and bag to dress your look up or down. The key is to seek out dresses that are easy and comfy, but not too casual. That way, unless you’re going to a black tie event or something formal, you have a lot of options when styling it.

A few weeks back I popped into Ross to look at their home goods and on whim looked through their dress section and found this one and a few others. I NEVER find clothing, so I knew that if what I tried on fit, I had to take it home with me lol! I love the floral pattern and the slight drop -waist style. It feels very feminine, and was made for walks downtown or a casual date night.

I couldn’t find this dress online via the brand or on Ross’ website, BUT, I did recently see it in store so check your local stores to see if they have it-it was less than $20! I’m also linking some other cute options below as well.

I found the hat at Forever21 (if you have a big head and/or a lot of hair you NEED this hat because it fits perfectly!), and the handbag is from Stock&Belle. Sandals are from Target but old, and earrings and bracelets are from Target as well. I wear them ALL the time-they go with everything!
