5 Minute Green Goddess Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe

The ingredients in this recipe are super simple, and it's the perfect 5 minute recipe to make on  hot Summer nights.

WHAT YOU NEED

- Herb Salad Mix - Grape Tomatoes - White Mushrooms - Trader Joes Just Chicken Charbroiled Chicken Strips - Lemon Juice - EVOO - Lemon Pepper Seasoning - Sea Salt - Shaved Parmesan - Green Goddess Dressing

First up: plate your greens.

Next, chop up your tomatoes + mushrooms.

Then, heat up EVOO on medium heat and  saute them together until tender.  Add a little bit of lemon juice + season salt to bring out the flavor. Layer on top of your greens.

Finally,  saute chicken strips in EVOO with lemon pepper seasoning and lemon juice  for  3 minutes.  Layer on top of your veggies.

Top with shaved Parmesan cheese. 

Drizzle with your favorite  green goddess salad dressing .
