5 Secrets to a Great Night’s Sleep

Getting a good night's sleep is imperative to being a functioning adult, but sometimes it's harder than it sounds. 

There are so many things that you can do to help, but I have found that incorporating some or all of these 5 things into my night time routine help  tremendously with getting a great night’s sleep.

They're cheaper than blackout curtains, and can help improve your sleep quality, 

WEAR A SLEEP MASK

TRY MELATONIN GUMMIES

Take 1, and about 30 minutes after you should be relaxed and ready to hit the sack.

MIX IN CBD OIL

CBD Oil helps maintain calmness while promoting a healthy sleep cycle.

USE A SMALL FAN

Most people hate being hot at night, so using a small fan can keep you cool and comfortable while you sleep.

Ear plugs can block out all of the annoying environmental noise that comes from living around people.

USE EAR PLUGS

There are so many more things that you can do for better sleep, but I've found that those 5 tips are the easiest (and most cost efficient!).
