5 TIME MANAGEMENT HACKS TO HELP YOU GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR DAY

Contrary to popular belief, most people are NOT good at multi-tasking, so here are 5 productivity hacks that will help you get the most out of your day. 

Spread out tasks + use “free moments” to do something leisurely vs. trying to do something that you can’t fully concentrate on.

If you have any chores that you need to complete around the house, do NOT sit down or take a break as soon as you get home.   The things that you need to do usually don’t take that long, but doing a load of laundry at 7pm is a LOT easier than doing them at 11pm , so try not to waste time.
